Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have completed a Bachelor's in Computer Applications (B.C.A), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or Master of Technology (M.Tech) in any field, and possess 0 to 2 years of experience in sales. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. What you'll do
- Identify and generate qualified leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach, and partnerships.
- Pitch and present our website development and digital marketing solutions to clients across the World
- Create persuasive proposals, manage lead pipelines, and close deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and technical teams to define project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of proven experience in IT sales or business development (preferably in a digital agency or tech environment).
- Exceptional English communication skills — both written and spoken.
- Solid understanding of web technologies (WordPress, Shopify, React, PHP, etc.).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive is a plus.
