Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our automobile showroom team. The role involves promoting and selling vehicles, understanding customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom with a professional and customer-friendly approach.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models, features, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle specifications, performance, safety, and warranty details.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automobile products, features, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams for smooth processing of sales.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely delivery of vehicles.
- Follow up with potential leads, maintain customer databases, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric with a passion for automobiles.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driving license (mandatory).
