Based in Kolkata or Bhubaneswar, responsible for managing the East region. - Regional Manager - Central
Based in Bhopal, responsible for Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Jharkhand business. - Regional Manager - South
Based in Hyderabad, responsible for Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka.
Budget : 12 -15 LPA

Gazelle is Make in India product, provides affordable, accurate testing to new populations at sites where it is needed most. Hemex designs products for the real world by listening to the needs of providers including those located in remote and challenging settings. Initial tests include sickle cell disease, beta thalassemia, and ferritin.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for diagnostic products in public health and private market to meet sales targets and expand market share.
- Experience and Knowledge of working in South Region ( A.P, Telangana, T.N, Karnataka and Kerla)
- Build and maintain relationships with key Government clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and Application support, product development teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during the sales process.
Desirable
- Experience in working with state level NHM authorities
- Experience in Public health sector, CSR business
- Experience and knowledge of Point of care diagnostics
- Channel Partner / Distributor network management at state and regional level
Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of sales experience in the diagnostic, medical, or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel as required by the role.
